SCHWIND ATOS
Next - generation intelligent
femtosecond laser
The ATOS laser creates a lenticule within the corneal tissue and uses a minimal incision,
enabling more precise correction of myopia and astigmatism.
NEW SMILE LASIK using the ATOS laser reduces corneal nerve damage,
minimizing the possibility of dry eye syndrome after surgery.
Advantages of ATOS
Minimal incision and minimized
corneal tissue damage
Minimized errors
during surgery
Curved patient
interface
Fast
surgery time
Extraction method rather

Smart Sight
A new era of corneal incision methods
Lenticule creation
using the ATOS laser
NEW SMILE LASIK enables fast recovery without a corneal
flap and can minimize dry eye syndrome after surgery.
NEW SMILE LASIK, through Smart Sight's ultra-micro incision technology,
creates a lenticule in the cornea using a femtosecond laser, then removes
the created lenticule through the minimally incised area to correct myopia and astigmatism.
Up to 8 times faster laser rradiation
speed and low thermal energy
NEW SMILE LASIK features a 4MHz laser delivery speed,
which is up to 8 times faster than other laser systems,
combined with a low energy of 75nJ.
This minimizes thermal damage and enables the creation
of a smooth lenticule through consistent laser application.

More precise astigmatism correction
through ATOS's innovative technology,
Eye Rotation Compensation.
The human eye naturally rotates depending on posture.
This causes the astigmatism axis measured during an examination
to differ from the actual axis during surgery when lying down.
ATOS's exclusive compensation feature corrects this eye rotation,
improving the quality of vision through highly precise astigmatism correction.

Sweet Spot.
Higher accuracy through the integration
of ATOS and SIRIUS
The SIRIUS device, essential for astigmatism correction,
accurately measures and digitizes the center of the pupil where
light passes and the visual axis of the cornea.
When this data is integrated with ATOS, it locates the target center
of the cornea (Sweet Spot) and delivers the laser to the exact position,
even despite eye rotation and subtle eye-movements

A curved patient interface similar to
the shape of the cornea
It minimizes corneal deformation during surgery through the curved patient interface.
By securing only the corneal limbus, it reduces pressure on the eye and conjunctival bleeding.
All of this provides patient safety and comfort during surgery.
Eye comfort through the curved patient interface
Faster return to daily life
NEW SMILE LASIK minimizes dry eye syndrome after surgery.
In addition, compared to conventional LASIK, it is more resistant to external impacts and is a surgery
with such fast recovery that daily activities are possible the very next day.
Alleviation of dry eye syndrome
Because NEW SMILE LASIK is a surgery that separates the corneal stroma beneath the corneal epithelium,
it minimizes damage to the tear nerves distributed in the corneal epithelium, which can minimize
dry eye syndrome after surgery compared to conventional LASIK.

Strengthening corneal durability by
approximately 150% using Corneal Cross-Linking

The collagen fibers, which act as the pillars of the cornea,
are connected to each other to support the shape of the cornea.
Corneal Cross-Linking is a method that improves the biomechanical stability
of the cornea by increasing these connections.
It is a procedure that uses riboflavin (Vitamin B2) during the SMILE LASIK,
LASIK, and LASEK surgical process to increase the bonding strength
of the collagen that makes up the cornea, thereby increasing
biomechanical strength and making the cornea stronger.
Patients with high myopia or high astigmatism, thin corneas, weak corneas,
or asymmetrical corneal shapes who previously could not undergo LASIK or LASEK
surgery due to safety concerns can now undergo surgery with minimized side effects
using Corneal Cross-Linking.
By increasing the bonding strength of the collagen constituting the cornea,
it strengthens the cornea after surgery and upgrades the surgical effect.
Increases the biomechanical strength of the cornea
Improves post-operative regression
Enhances corneal durability
Prevents corneal ectasia that may occur after surgery
Minimizes the possibility of myopic regression
Enables surgery for high myopia, thin corneas, and asymmetrical corneas

Autologous serum provides faster recovery and
healing after vision correction surgery.
What are PRP (Autologous Serum) eye drops?
PRP stands for Platelet-Rich Plasma. When our body is injured, healing growth factors are released
to treat and protect the wound. These eye drops are made by separating and extracting
the plasma and platelets, which contain a large amount of these growth factors, from the blood.
Principle of PRP
PRP is a method that separates the platelets and plasma in the blood from the red blood cells
to extract and use the healing growth factors found in the platelets and plasma.
Because it uses your own blood, there are absolutely no side effects or rejection reactions.
Recommended for:
Those with severe dry eye syndrome
Those with high myopia or astigmatism
Those with thin corneas
Those who engage in strenuous exercise as a hobby or profession
Those with chronic conjunctivitis due to long-term
contact lens wear
Those who want a fast recovery after surgery
Dry eye syndrome management
In the case of dry eye syndrome, it can recover the damaged surface of the cornea and conjunctiva and reduce inflammation to maintain a moist state.
Fast vision recovery
The epithelial cell regeneration factors in the autologous serum quickly recover corneal wounds.
Pain relief
It relieves pain through the action of healing-regulating growth factors and the anti-inflammatory action of the autologous serum.
Side effect prevention
It prevents side effects through the immune components and healing effects of the autologous serum.
Blood collection
Approximately 20ml of blood is collected.
Centrifugation
Platelets containing a large amount of growth factors are separated and extracted.
Serum collection
Only the serum is collected from the separated blood.
Eye drop manufacturing
Eye drops are manufactured using the collected serum.
Were you worried that you might not
be eligible for LASIK or LASEK surgery
because of your poor vision?
Through NEW SMILE LASIK, which preserves the cornea,
